The mystery of the Trinity. 🙌🏽
3 Divine persons in one God.

One of my words for the year has been DELIGHT, and the Lord has been giving me a child-like appreciation for seeking Truth through eyes of Wonder. He is restoring my desire to sit in AWE of who He is. What greater lesson in AWE than to try and contemplate the mystery of the Holy Trinity? What greater WONDER than to make your temporal mind try and ascertain the truth of three divine persons in one God?!

We live in a society where there is no room for faith because we are so bombarded with data and research that if we can not find an answer, it’s not Truth. We do not allow ourselves room to sit in silence and contemplate Truth. There are so many mysteries of this beautiful world that our creator wishes us to explore and reverence but we refuse to give them space.
These words from the priest at Mass today ignited my heart as I reached for my cell phone to paste them into my notes.
“Mystery doesn’t demand answers just reverence.”
🔥🔥🔥🙌🏽🙌🏽
Yes……so much yes.
Therefore, I will sit at your feet in humility, Lord and reverence the wonder of who you are.

Happy Friday! One of my favorite #fridayintroductions is to share some inspiration for your day. This beautiful quote from St Teresa of Avila speaks so much to our desire to do the will of the Lord and our restlessness as we walk this journey uncertain. (Save it and come back to it often.)
💕As we encounter struggle and hardship: that we would lead with love.
💕As we watch others grieve and mourn: that we would offer the gifts of our time and our presence.
💕 As we feel helpless in our ability to serve and be helpful in the Church: that the Lord would highlight the giftings that we are using in our present state of life for His greater glory.
💕 As we feel heavily burdened and exhausted: that He would let His peace bring our dry bones to life.

“Let this presence settle into your bones…” Praying this over you today. That the peace of Christ would be yours today and always.

Unity. ❤️

The Holy Spirit is referred to as the Advocate in the scriptures. He was a gift from the Father to help us walk this rough road once original sin entered. His gifts and fruits help us to live a life of spiritual abundance as we battle fatigue, suffering, grief and other hardships.
Today in #mymasstakeaway we focus on the unity that the Holy Spirit brings His disciples. At Pentecost, the disciples receive their first experience of how powerfully unitive the Holy Spirit is, as He opened up the interpretation of multiple languages through His gift of understanding and knowledge.

The Holy Spirit still does this today in our churches. He elevates our human gifts to make them extraordinary to the glory of God the Father when we ask Him to.
He works in union with us to bring about God’s plan. If we are instruments of the Lord, He is the breath that produces beautiful music through us.
Have you ever prayed with a team of faithful followers, and felt a unity of their gifts?
That’s the Holy Spirit..🔥
Have you ever planned a talk for a conference and invoked the Holy Spirit to be present in the planning, and talk after talk just felt the perfect cohesion?
That’s the Holy Spirit…🔥
Feeling overwhelmed by God’s plan for you in your family? Need order amidst chaos in your work community? Invoke the Holy Spirit…He alone can build bridges of understanding and clear up confusion. His outcomes are greater than you could have desired.
Give Him authority and power over your life, over every moment, every decision, and He will open every spiritual gift to you throughout your life.
